New here

New here. Joined in 2019 but never used. Now been using for 12 days. 66 years of age and need to lose 20 lbs. Also doing this with Ted@Healthyeater. Looking at this as being a way of life, and trying to get to gripes with Macros and getting more protein and less carbs in to my diet. Also, making myself exercise. Cheers Chrissy
