the best thing about mine is that I'm still writing it! It's not over! It's cool cause we as individuals put success in different categories. WE not THEM get to say how successful we really are! We get to build this thing called a body how we want how driven we want to be how kind we want to be how beautiful in heart and mind...

I've lost 11 1/4 lbs in my first four weeks of being on MFP....that's my first accomplishment....I will update again the end of September...(I have a long way to go)... 🙄3

Despite the pandemic I've lost 46 pounds this year and gone down three sizes in jeans. I'm not done yet, but I am seeing a difference. My plan is to lose 75 pounds total by Christmas. Of course, I'll be fine if I lose more than that, lol!
I will probably have to weigh and measure food the rest of my life, and I'm okay with that. Obviously my appetite is not a reliable guide; otherwise I wouldn't have weighed nearly 300 pounds at the start of the year.8 -
