What worked for me today is going for awalk with afriend and making an oven fish pot with potatos instead of frying it

prepping lunches in advance and learning about my macros so I eat the right combination of foods in the right amounts.0

Skipping breakfast that I wasn't really hungry for and keeping busy till lunch.1
