Once I get cleared by my foot doctor to resume exercising I'll need all the support I can get as I have none at home. Please feel free to add me

    I'm right there with you. Just coming off knee surgery and was already in obese range and became depressed and while unable to do anything and gained another 20 lbs. No support at home to help lose it and quite a bit to lose. I'm new to app and not sure how to add...
