Biggest Loser- Last Chance Workout

I just bought Biggest Loser ,Last Chance Workout. I am excited to try it tonight! Does anyone have an experience with it? Any tips? I was also wondering if anyone has any other good suggestions for workouts for a beginner? Thanks!

    I have it, but I'm not the biggest fan of it because Jillian's the trainer. I just like Bob better. It's a really good workout, though. Don't go too heavy on the weights if you're just starting out. I used 5, but 3 would be good as well. Also, get water/take a break when you need to. Don't die on account of Jillian. Good luck! Oh, other good beginner workouts are pretty much anything Biggest Loser. I really love those DVDs; I have almost all of them and used them frequently until I felt they were too easy. Then I stepped up to Turbo Jam, and now I'm doing Turbo Fire.

    I have it and find it a good boost. I tend to like all the Biggest Loser workouts because I fell like the trainers do know what they are doing though I have my favorites.

    I have The Biggest Loser Cardio Maxx and love it! This one has Bob, Tara and Sione as the trainers. It has three different levels so you can work your way up. It's a good calorie burn.
    Also, when I was beginning to workout I did some walk away the pounds. Nice easy one to get your muscles moving and burn calories too. :smile:
