🚨Hey girlfriends any recommendations for any good WAIST TRAINERS?? I’m looking for affordable and comfortable I already have a sweet sweat band that I can wear during a workout but I’m looking for something to help hold everything in throughout the day. 🚨

Waist trainers and belts don't do anything to change your shape or weight. Wear them if you like them, same with spanx, corsets, etc., but don't expect any long term advantage from them. If anything, they weaken your core muscle strength not increase it so you are less able to keep your tummy in after you take it off.7

A waist trainer that you wear throughout the day is a body shaper or an undergarment.
It's not the same thing and as @HeidiCooksSupper mentioned "waist trainers" aren't helpful.
That said, if you're looking to appear less bumpy and lumpy under clothing (a concern for some women of all sizes) then Amazon has a few choices.
Back in January, I tried the Ursexyly brand on their site. Search for "Women Waist Trainer Shapewear High Waist Butt Lifter Thighs Slimmer Body Shaper Shorts Tummy Control Panties" It was about $25 CAD
It was ok but body shapers aren't my thing, I guess? I like my Lady Lumps 🤷🏿♀️5
