Hi,
I have been yo-yoing with my weight after my second pregnancy and a hypothyroid diagnosis. I lost quite a bit this year then injured my foot so have been eating with no exercise so have piled it all back. Story of my life.
I am looking at controlling my calories to around 1200, eating sensibly, juicing everyday and hopefully soon getting back on my feet to exercise soon.
Looking for buddy/buddies to help out on the tough days, to share those small achievements/milestones and just to give each other that push when it is needed.

Im in the same calorie limit as well right now and also coming back from a back injury. I'll be your buddy!0 -
Hi jtjjones,
Thanks for replying. Hope you bounce back quickly from your back injury. I have around 3 weeks to go for my foot to heal and get out of the walking boot. Can't wait to start walking and hopefully running.
In the meantime I think I will start intermittent fasting (16:8) with no strict food rules except to be sensible and limit calories to 1200-1350 range.
What are your goals and how can I help?0 -
I feel like I do best when I create new goals every month to switch it up, but with the fires in my area I have had to change my goals mid month (can't run outside). So now I am planning on eating out only for 2 meals a week and working out 2 times at home and once in the gym per week. Only food rule is I need to stay in my calorie limit and only have "treat" items after dinner if the budget allows, lol like a little kiddo again. Honestly the biggest help is just someone to check in with, who shares similar goals, what about you?0
