New to the community. I've been using the app for a couple of months. The last six weeks tracking everything I eat. Down 24 pounds, but struggling to keep my motivation strong. Any advice or tips are welcome.

Hi there , if you're older like me it's hard to lose weight when you age..24 pounds is excellent. I wish I had stuck with just 1 of the 20 diets I failed. I wish I could lose 10 pounds easily like I used to. Now to lose 2 pounds is a struggle..so if you can do it then go for it..Maybe make a New Commitment to yourself ..💗💗1
