Best way to lose weight

Hi guys! I badly need an advice on how to lose weight properly since I've watched a lot of videos and it is quite complicated to follow and I hope you guys can give me the simplest and yet effective way to progress.

    The best way to lose weight is to be in a calorie deficit. You don't need to follow a named diet. Just count calories.

    Calories in, calories out.
    Keep your diet balanced and if you are burning more calories than you are consuming then the body will find the extra fuel from your fat reserves.
  • Don't over complicate it......a TDEE calculator online will tell you how many calories you burn just by being awake, then try and eat a healthy balanced diet 500 calories less than your TDEE.....calories in Vs calories out. All exercise you do is a bonus. Strength training gives you an after burn. Good luck with it all
