I've worked out my daily calorie needs to lose weight which is 1,300 but I'm finding im so hungry, but i have to restrict what i eat to keep within the calories.
My typical day is a slice of medium wholemeal bread + 1 boiled egg for breakfast
mid morning i have 1 bag of crisps, one boiled egg, one apple, by lunchtime im starving again and have 3 lean turkey mince muffins in half a wrap, starving again an hour later but try not to eat until evening which will be something like chicken breast, potatoes, runner beans and by this time ive gone over my calories and im starving an hour later
I drink plenty of water during the day, i can't eat salads they make me physically sick. Any suggestions?

Hello, It looks like you need to add more protein to your diet. I suffer from the same thing. I recently bought a plant based low calorie protein shake that I will start incorporating mid morning and before bed to help with hunger. Hope you luck.1

Consider increasing your calories (which will cause you to lose weight at a slower pace), look at your fiber intake and meal plan so that your snack choices are more filling: chips/crisps make for a fun mouth feel but filling? Nope.
The above is what I would do over here in Canada. Perhaps check in with a nutritionist or your family doctor to discuss what healthful nutrition could look like for you based on your health goals and food preferences?
Side note: please don't write off all "salads" as this is a varied dish. It's not always just lettuce and two other garden veggies.1 -
It's possible your calories are too low but leaving that alone, fat helps with satiety. I'm going to guess you're from England possibly as you said "crisps" so you may not be a peanut butter fan as much as us Americans are but how about substituting a rice cake with peanut butter instead of crisps and possibly substituting your evening chicken for salmon or beef? Another hack could be to delay breakfast an hour or two... The only other thing could be the ingredients of your turkey muffins; if they have calorie dense ingredients, that maybe could be tweaked to get more food for less caloric impact.2
