This might be a dumb question, but when you count the days in between periods to try to figure out how long your cycle is/to try and figure out when the next time you will get your period, do you start at the first day of your last period to the first day of your new period, or is it the last day of your last period to the first day of your new period? Thank you!

I would say the First day of your new period. That is the start of a new cycle. But periods can be unpredictable and not on a cycle. Mine have never been on a "normal" cycle unless I am on the pill. But that is not true now either. Sigh0
