Looking for some tips! :)

I am looking to get some tips on a few weight loss ideas!

I am doing really well with my weight loss but up until about 3 weeks ago ... i have plateaued as they call it!

I seem to be staying at the same weight even tho my diet and exercise has been pretty consistant!

I tried changing up my diet a little, as well as my exercise routine ... i even had an unhealthy meal to jumpstart my metabolism again but nuttin seems to be changing ...

Anyone with any tips?

  • well i spoke to a friend who is a trainer and that is the advice i was given! haha just be careful ... i know how tempting it is to have one bad meal and then to want to have another and another but hey if u gain weight over one mcdonald's breakfast you can come find me! haha :)
