I'm Jae and, after much deliberation, I've decided to fully invest in MyFitnessPal. ^-^ Since tracking what you eat really is the most important thing, alone with exercise, in weightloss.
Currently, I'm 184lbs (down from 188lbs when I first started using MyFitnessPal and down from 217lbs back in January of 2010).
My goal is to make it to 155 - 160. I've been trying to lose the same weight (180s to 160s) since July of 2010. I just kinda...bounce around in the 180-range.
My biggest thing with weightloss is support. Currently, I have a friend that's also trying to lose weight, but she's very discouraging to me, calling me fat (even though I know she's joking) and saying I eat a lot. It gets annoying and I get discouraged. That doesn't make me want to lose weight to "shove it in their face", it just makes me feel badly about myself.
Well, that's pretty much it for now!
