I'm new and desperate to lose weight and stay motivated, need your encouragements.

I've been gaining lots of weight over the past ten years, about 50 lbs, I'm 55 but so out of shape I need to do something I get too out of breath, I bought an electric bike but still have a difficult time pedalling.

    I'm glad you're here. It's a shelter in a storm. Pace yourself. We all had to begin somewhere. Pedal as far as you can go and increase daily. Just make sure you stick around for the really things that will happen as the months go by.

    If you start pedaling a minute today and add just one minute daily, in a month you'll be up to a half hour! If that is too fast and you need to take a day off here and there that is fine too. Just maintain forward momentum. Good luck on your journey!
