I simply love cheese.....I have it at least once a day on a sanga.....

I eat woolies homebrand sliced cheese. It has 62 cal and 5g fat...300g sodium....

I was wondering what cheese do you eat and why....

I eat woolies homebrand because it is cheap.......

I know I should eat low fat but I can't stand the taste of it.....

i eat laughing cow if i want it on pretzels or something. I eat weight watchers shredded cheese if I want tacos or the best light cheese i have found is the sargentos string cheese. dig those in my lunch bag!

Coastal Rugged Mature English Cheddar from Costco is my newest favorite for nibbling. I also like Bel Gioioso Asiago to put in quiche along with Swiss.
  • its ok to have cheese, just plan for it so you dont go over cals and fat for the day.

I can't stand laughing cow. It's more like cheese flavored goo. I usually eat 2% and/or lower sodium cheese. Honestly, I can't really taste the difference. While I love cheddar, I tend to stick with the white cheeses like provolone and mozzarella because they have fewer calories. Oh, I could go on and on about this subject. :flowerforyou:

Life is way, way too short for bad cheese. I LOVE LOVE Piavé hard cheese. It's kind of like parmesan. I also eat Babybel cheese or laughing cow occasionally in my lunch, but I prefer to make yogurt cheese out of greek yogurt as it's way less processed than laughing cow. I also save up my calories so I can have the odd piece of cheddar or brie.

oh wow what cheese don't I want to eat? But I don't eat lots and lots. Usually feta in my omelets and pastry dishes, plus I like havarti jalapeno, herbed goat cheese for weekend brunches, swiss for sandwiches.. YUM

The other day I told my friend I was going to marry cheese.... she said she would officiate. Hahaha.

I loooooove cheese of any type. Fresh mozzarella (in the watery stuff!), extra sharp cheddar, babybels, laughing cow wedges, shredded taco blend, cream cheese, cheesecake... I could go on...

    Cheese is the best.

I have bega so extra light and tasty on my lunch - 1.5 slices. I have learned to love low fat cheese - actually, it's nice not to have the greasiness of full fat cheese on my lunchtime toasted sandwich.

Seriously. I would eat any cheese put in front of me. In terms of diet cheese though, I LOVE provolone and found a reduced fat one, which is only 50 cals/slice.

I LOVE cheese! I love a good smoked gouda. I love Havarti, cheddar, swiss, mozzarella, cheese with other things in it like bacon, port wine, rolled in almonds...I just love cheese!

But if I had to pick one type and one alone it would be a triple cream brie. And if you served it to me with some grapes and maybe a little champagne I would be yours forever! Love, love, love a good brie!

In a cheddar style, I recommend 'You'll Love Coles Reduced Fat Tasty' - the large block is currently $8/kg and it isn't plasticy as reduced fat cheese can be.
