Hi yall! This is my 7th day of doing OMAD. Is anyone else doing it?
It's so Life changing, I feel great and I'm losing weight. I have so many questions about autophagy, dry fast, liquid fast. If you are doing omad add me as a friend. We can help each other through it. Today I had the worst hunger at lunch time, so I went for a walk and it went away lol even if you are not doing omad, add me anyway. I would love more friends and colleagues to help each other out to reach out goals🍻👌Stay safe!

I'm on Day 2. I have been doing 18:6 for a few months. It really helps keep my calories under control!0

Hi there. I have tried OMAD but instead kinda fast for about 36 hrs. I have gone like 2 and a half days at my longest. I only drink liquids during my fast. I also do low carb. I would love to chat and compare and even motivate each other if you're interested. I know no like minded people.0 -
