wanted to say hello to all my fellow mfp ers out there
and to the new people here welcome you will love this site
and if i can do it so can you .ive kept 50 lbs off for a year . now its time to lose 15 more pounds . :devil: at my age i want that six pack :tongue:

    Nice to see you back . Since you already proved to yourself that you can lose weight and keep it off I am sure you will have no problems with the next 15 lbs. Good Luck !
