Hi! I am totally new here. I know what the app says it's about. But can someone explain in their own words how they use this app.

I use it as tool to be mindful of what I am eating; and a reminder to have a basic minimum level of activity... to each their own though.. good luck!!0 -
For me I use the app to track every calorie I eat so I can be accountable for what I eat. And track my exercise. It has tons of foods on here and the proper nutrients for each. You can create your own recipes and add them in. When I first used this app I lost 60 pounds then stopped tracking everything I ate and gained 40 pounds back after 5 years. So I started it again and am working on losing 30 more pounds. Good luck0
