This year my daughter graduated, and started collage. I turned 40, and I also have a 13 year old daughter. I work in health care so to say this has been a stressful year would be putting it lightly. Looking for support as I try to lose weight that has bothering me for many years. Thanks 😊

    Welcome to our community! Being home all the time has been a wonderful opportunity to introduce more healthy habits into my life, but at the same time there is a ton to be stressed about right now, and that certainly makes it harder to stay on track.

    That being said, having a good support network is one of the best things you can do for yourself, and i'm hopeful that you can find that here. Cheers!
