What is the best fruit to help weigh loss??

I was just wondering, what is the best fruit to help speed up my matabalism?

Mine is very slow and is there a certain time of day when it is best to eat it?

Any info will be great thanks xxxx

    kiwi right before you work out. it's supposed to help burn more calories. also, cinnamon. right before a workout. :)

    I think grapefruit is really good .. the Mayo clinic uses it to help heart patients lose weight quickly before surgery. But be careful it can onteract with many medications especially birth control :)

    not a fruit sorry but chilly helps, they use the bit of it that burns your mouth in diet pills. Apparently apples are good not to sure though

    Blueberries. Most fruit is good for you, but yes Chilli is good for speeding the metabolism.

    I usually eat an orange for my morning snack. At night I keep pineapple around. Not sure if they are proven methods but they sure are working for me.
