hi fellow fitnesspals, im a bit concerned about how much milk im consuming. i usually go double over my reco daily intake.
all i drink is soy. wondering if anyone knows anything about over consuming and possible health concerns with a diet high in calcium. i really hope it doesnt because this has been my weapon to suppress hunger pangs and helps fight those mid afternoon cravings.
any thoughts appreciated:wink

I would ask your dr to be sure, but I know that as women cause we are more prone to ostoperosis(sp) we need higher levels of calcium. I blow mine out of the water everyday...haven't had any issues yet0

2500milligrams would constitute an overdose, but would need to be maintained daily to see any adverse symptoms. These would probably be any of the following
Constipation
The squitts - hehe
Headaches
Confusion
Coma - very unlikely!0
