Hello. Having had a six month or so lay off, and crept a few pounds back on, its time to put myself through the mill again. Lost contact with a lot of the friends from that effort, so any new mutual support pals would be most welcome. Hitting the gym this lunch for the first time in ages, gawd, this is going to hurt......... Look forward to hearing from any fellow masochists.

welcome back , yes i have put some lbs back on to and need to get back to the gym, going to ring at lunch time and see if i can get on body pump for next week0

Welcome back, im back for the 2nd time.
But got my head on and lost 8lbs already so doing well,
Tip for the gym keep your heart rate below 150 this keeps you in fat buning mode, not cardio mode (cardio mode will just build up muscle, which is fine if you want that!)
