Paid for Premium and its not working?

I upgraded for premium and was fine for a few months and now its asking me to upgrade? i paid for the year upfront so not sure whats happened?

I think my experience has been worse since paying for premium. I cancelled but have to wait for the month to run out to be rid of it. I was basically interested in net carbs but that is a pretty expensive lesson learned. So not worth it. I get an error message every time I have to add a food and have to go back a page.1
