After about 3 years of being off this site I decided I need to log food to see what I am doing wrong. I feel I eat pretty healthy but am recently gaining weight. So here I am. Let's hope this works!!

It’s been about 3 years for me, too. I count 5 weeks to Election Day. Goal is to drop 12 lbs by then. 1200 calories per day plus 4 - 90 min workouts per week should get me there. Ice cream has been a crutch for me during the pandemic. That stops today!1
