So I have been drinking nothing but water for 4 months. I walk 2 miles 6 days a week. Why is the lower portion of my body getting bigger...like my butt and legs??

    Muscle, Muscle, Muscle. My good friend had the same problem when she started training for Iron Man. It wouldnt bother me to get bigger in some areas if it were lean muscle versus fat.

    yeah I agree with you. I don't really see large muscles popping out anywhere lol
