Hello everyone, new in chat, long time MFP user. I fell off the wagon and now I am trying my hardest to get in shape. I have 80+lbs to lose and I am trying to find something that fits my exhausting schedule

Welcome back!
I don’t know what you do but I know an exhausting schedule will burn calories. It is better than a sedentary lifestyle. A busy schedules could be a workout in itself.
I would find a diet that works for you and stick to it. After that maybe getting up an hour earlier and working out at home to save time. Start three days a week. Baby steps. Then as time goes by add a day or two 👍
