Slim legs challenge

Hi everyone, I look preety thin on the top but my bottom and my thighs are comparatively big. I started walking and jogging with a strict 1000 cal diet a couple of weeks ago, but I can't see any change. Let's do this together with a weekly update.

    You might want to up your calories that seems very restrictive while working out.

    Yes, you should be alerting at least 1200 calories net, that's the minimum a woman needs for adequate nutrition. Possibly more depending on your height and current weight.

    And patience, you're not likely to see visible results in only 2 weeks.

    I wouldn't recommend just jogging as an exercise for slimming legs, it's much more effective to do thigh exercises that target inner thigh muscles, and calf exercises too, because they won't bulk up your legs, but will definitely slim them over time and give you a thigh gap (I'm speaking from experience).
