    I've only seen the option on the mobile apps, where basically you tell the system you want to post a "progress photo" and then you can upload whatever pic you want as today's pic.

    I do not know how to do this on the phone, but I easily did it on the laptop through the settings. However, when I put up a photo, I ran into a problem. Because the quality of the photo was distorted and it looked terrible. So I decided to turn to the program that I have been using for several years -https://imglarger.com. There I upscale image size and increase resolution without quality loss. Thanks to this program I improve my low-quality images and photos. This program has never let me down and everything has always been great!
