                    What should I set up my macros to for weight loss?

            Macros are for health, not weight loss. For weight loss you need to count calories.5
- 
            Yep, many of us started with the mfp default macros and after some time logging we learned which macros helped us feel full and tweaked them from there.
 To lose weight, choose a realistic weekly goal, and eat the calories mfp gives you.
