Hi I stay in Singapore. And we often eat at hawker. Find it challenging to find healthy breakfast place to eat. Do anyone have any suggestion?

Have noodle soups or wonton soups instead of fried noodles. Try to find a laksa vendor who can serve with no coconut or peanut sauce. At the NUS cantine they added the coconut and peanut last, upon request from the buyer, so you could have laksa without the fattening stuff.1

Also steamed dim sum for breakfast is a nice choice on weekends. For other hawker meals, satay without the satay sauce is a lean choice. Also see if there are vendors doing NE Thai or Vietnamese cuisine (skipping the deep fried stuff), which are less oily than typical Malay/Chinese. Hainanese chicken rice is a lean choice.1

And congee for breakfast with salted duck egg or century egg would be a lean breakfast choice.1
