Nutritional value of food

Gala apple 100g: is this with the core that I’m going to throw away. I could get more apple if I cut it and weigh just the flesh.
Stir Fry Veggies: 1 cup/93g. If I go by the weight, it seems more like 1/2 cup. I’m wondering if I can go by the volume so I can eat more veggies. ???
Thanks for helping to clarify how to count these items 😊

All of those entries are for the flesh -- you will simply choose an entry with grams (or ounces) and then log the number of grams (or ounces) you actually ate.
