Gala apple 100g: is this with the core that I’m going to throw away. I could get more apple if I cut it and weigh just the flesh.
Stir Fry Veggies: 1 cup/93g. If I go by the weight, it seems more like 1/2 cup. I’m wondering if I can go by the volume so I can eat more veggies. ???
Thanks for helping to clarify how to count these items 😊

I do not log the weight of the portions of the fruit I don't eat -- this includes peel, core, seeds, etc.
The discrepancy between the apparent volume and the weight is why logging by weight is going to be more accurate. If you decide to log the cup as the calories of 93 grams (a half cup), then you're very likely to be underestimating the amount of calories you're eating.6 -
Thank you @janejellyroll which of these are only the flesh and which are the weight of the entire fruit?

All of those entries are for the flesh -- you will simply choose an entry with grams (or ounces) and then log the number of grams (or ounces) you actually ate.1
