    I’ve been trying to knock out 7 lbs by the end of October, so hard to do right now with my favorite holiday season being here.

    I want my average running speed for the months to be less than 7min/Km. right now it’s 7:02, in September it was 7:21.

    Lose 8 pounds
    Exercise 5/7 days for at least 30 minutes
    Add daily walking for at least 15 minutes
    Stay on goal with food
