As of today I am down 30 pounds from my highest weight! I started making changes in February and in the middle of March I finally got serious about it! Words can not describe how excited I am! I have made a lifestyle change to eat way better. I feel great and am finally really 'seeing' a difference! I now have more energy to move & have a goal of 10,000 steps a day! My first goal is to get to 195, what I was the day I found out I was pregnant with my first. & then after that set a new goal. Thank you to mfp and everyone's success stories to keep me motivated!! I am far from the finish line, but at least I'm on the path!!

Well a lot has changed since this post in 2015. I reached my first 100 pounds down goal in January 2019. I slowly gained around 20-25 pounds back. Thankfully I have hit all my Apple Watch "rings" every single day of 2020 or I would have gained A LOT more being an emotional eater. I "re-set" my eating habits in 9/2020. I'm now less than a pound away from reaching 100 pounds down again!! I'm motivated more than ever! I'll take my SLOW progress vs. being at the beginning all over again any day!
This was 2016 family pictures. I was down a lot from my heaviest. To October 2020. I still have a long ways to go yet. But I'm okay with that!! My next goal is 20 more pounds down. Hopefully by June of 2021!19 -
What an inspiring success story - it shows it's a journey not a race. Keep on smiling and stay strong!1
