Hi All im new here well been doing this for 5 days now and think its fab!! i have basically been preganant for past 2 years n now have a stone that i would like to loose eek! ive always been slim but i guess now im getting older its hard to shift, im 9 stone 13 and i am desparate to get back to 9 stone and defo need to tone up,easier said that done i guess
i know its not a mountain to shift but it is to me
would be cool if anyone has any tips/fatbusting info please

Welcome! It's definitely harder to lose the weight as we get older, but MFP will help you get your body back. I did it once and now I'm doing it again. Watch your calorie intake, eat smaller portions, drink plenty of water, and do lots of cardio! You'll lose the weight in no time.0
