Hi. So sorry to hear about your stroke. Good luck on the road to recovery.

I don’t have any experience of strokes, and above all things I would encourage you to speak to your doctor and follow their advice. Depending on where you live, they may be able to refer you to specialist support services.

If your goal is weight loss, remember you don’t need to exercise to achieve your goal. Focus on what you’re eating, weigh and log everything. If you eat fewer calories than you use the weight will move in the right direction.

    Wishing you all the best.

Best wishes to you! Make sure to follow your doctor's instructions for keeping your BP under control. I don't know what vendors are good for salt-free foods in Britain but is Mrs. Dash available in your supermarkets?

Best regards to you for your progress. Sorry to hear of the stroke, hope it's going to stay forever in your past. I want to get my BP down a bit too. I might try and link you as a friend, is that okay? Not sure how to do that yet :/
