Alternative to tuna/chicken pouches for lunch

Hi there!
I am looking for any suggestions for something to have with lunch that is similarly lean, protein heavy and EASY as the tuna/chicken pouches that are generally 80-90 calories. I usually have it with a fruit and some kind of carb (around 100 calories). I like the pouches, but want to mix things up so I don’t get sick of them. I already have hard boiled egg for breakfast often, so that it not a great substitute.
Thank you so much in advance!

I had this same thing now that I am 100 plant based and found this! Its a plant based tuna that tastes incredible! 90 calores
You can also try salmon pouches, Chicken of the sea sardines (( they are 100 calories or so) I get sample cups like the ones for salads at salad bars and put in a tablespoon of Almond, cashew or peanut butter to take with me.
You could consider a protein powder, just keep the dry powder in shaker and add water when you want to have it 😉1 -
A hard boiled egg and a tuna pouch. It sounds like you're eating around 400 calories each meal, yes?
Do you know how to cook or prepare your own proteins. Do you want Grab N Go foods for your workplace.0 -

I did feed poached salmon (fresh, wild caught) after chemo to my last cat. No, this stuff is for me.1 -

Veggie burgers, lunch meat, beans, cheese sticks, Greek yogurt...I've been baking chicken breasts on Sunday, slicing and storing, for a week of grab and go chicken slices for lunch or dinner.0

The cat had the chemo and he did recover. Just had an appetite depression for a bit.2 -
I have a double serving of cottage cheese and a yogurt. About 300 calories for my lunch.0
