I was having a serious chocolate craving yesterday, so I made up a recipe. I call it Rawdiculous Chocolate Pudding!

2 avocados
1 orange
4 tablespoons cocoa powder (or carob powder)
2 tablespoons agave nector (or your fav sweetener, dates, maple syrup, honey, stevia etc)
splash of vanilla

I put it all in my Vitamix blender, it made 4 servings. (If you don't have a high poweered blender you can use orange juice instead)

so yummy!!!

how do you satisfy chocolate cravings??

I think maybe with "Rawdiculous Chocolate Pudding".

What about adding a few ice cubes and turning it into a smoothy?

It looks amazing, but I'm not sure its lower in fat or calories. Do you know the nutritional info?

here's a quick response to you all
1 - adding ice for a smoothie sounds great!
2 - I LOVE my vitamix! I've use it everyday for about 6 months now and never disappointed with it.
3 - It's about 200 calories per serving, you can check my food diary for the breakdown. So, it is not a low cal subsitute but it is much more nutritious and satisfying. also dairy free which some people need. also, I find it so rich that I eat it very slowly, a half serving would probably be enough.

I sip on some hot cocoa in the colder months.
In the summer months, I like to have a low-calorie/fat-free frozen fudge bar.
