    I just found out about this site this past week. I know for a fact that without it, I wouldn't have the same motivation. My daily login's have made such a huge difference in staying on track. I signed in, and lost 1 lb in one day, but have yet to get on the scale again. When I do, I'm sure I will be happy with the results. Either way, I'm eating healthier and I'm more active :happy:
