Hi there,
I had my new year wish, to lost until my brirthsday [ which are in november ] 50kg [110lbs].
So i done it eaven faster , good luck to everyone who's trying .
I woulnd't done it without Myfitnespal and Garmin

Just keeping limits, and burning out more calories than eating ,most of the overweight just walked away listening a audiobooks4

Hi sorry for late answer . Gennerally yes , since July i'm was also running
that are statistics since 3rd january [my starting point ]

Impressive! I'm following a similar track. Eating sensibly. Walking lots and plan to start running soon. I'm down just short of 99 lbs (45 kg) since April 11 (233 days).
I want to drop another 16 lbs (7.3 kg) until maintenance mode.
Nice work! Walking does wonders. I listen to podcasts or music but plan to start on audiobooks soon.
