Hey guys, i would like to know if theres a HIIT App where i can “build my own workout” but have saved exercises I can choose from so I dont have to input it everytime, know what I mean? Being able to upload a picture would be awesome too to be able to see the exercise in case I forget what it looks like. Thanks!

Fitnotes for android, not sure about apple.
But it's not for HIIT, if you mean what real HIIT means. Cardio normally done as long session, now done as a short intervals as hard as you can go.
If you mean a bunch of exercise movements that are strung together with minimal rests, which were always going to be done intense anyway no matter what - it'll work great. Even has timer.
And that's not actually HIIT either. But that's the fad name thrown on it to get your attention.1
