Looking for MFP friends who will help with motivation!

I am 26 years old, living in the UK where we are still in a lockdown (of some sort) and have inevitably gained some weight since March.

I currently have 8lbs towards my 'target goal' however my cravings for takeaways and not wanting to exercise take over making my goal seem impossible. I would love to make friends with people who can help me with motivating myself to limit my calories and keep on working out (I have only started today and only last a week before I stop).

My main goal is to limit my calories until I have either reached my weight goal or the week before Christmas alongside an 8 week workout programme I have set out (which will also coincide with ending the week before Christmas).

    We can motivate each other.

    I have 15 lbs to lose. It's going well - I've lost 5 lbs since starting mfp 4 weeks ago. I'm set to lose.0.5 lbs a week.

    My strengths are : I'm really good at keeping within my 1700 calorie budget, I rarely eat sweets and dessert except as a treat. I've figured out a way to eat all the same things I did before, just less.

    Weaknesses: I exercise 30 minutes a day but it takes me FOREVER to get my workout started. I dilly dally for hours before I turn on a YouTube video to workout. That's something I'd like to change. I'd like to get my workout done within 2 hours of waking up.

    Feel free to add me. 41 year male here. Lost 65lbs so far... can’t seem to lose more than that even though I would love to lose another 40. Been on MFP for 925 days so far.
