Hello 👋🏻
I am in the uk and realy need to get myself back on track. Two years ago I lost 4 stone (56 pounds) but have slowly regained all of it 😩
Last time, I had a Fitbit and started counting calories (not macros) and increasing my fitness from walking each day to 5-mile runs. I loved running and the effect it had on my weight loss.
Ive now switched to an Apple Watch and wonder if anyone has found them useful when monitoring active calories and heart rate? Any tips?
Thanks for any help 😊

I love my Apple watch much better than I did Fitbit. It counts steps and has many activities in them you can choose for exercise. I find my AW and my husbands Garmin running watch to not be exactly the same when walking/running. I think the AW is just slightly off in distance compared to the Garmin - maybe 0.1 mile
