30 day shred

Anyone have a calorie burn estimate for Jillian Michaels 30 day shred? I did level 1. Almost threw up afterward, ;) but I did it! I'd love to know what to put in for cardio on my tracker. Thoughts?

    I am on it, too. I have been using the circuit training listed under cardio, but I have to admit... I think my fat&$$ burns more than 228 calories during that 20 minutes, I mean come on.
  • I always put it under circuit training, and usually burn 324 calories or so for 29 minutes worth. Hope that helps!

    According to my BodyMedia, I burned 182 calories doing it. But, I did stop a few times to catch my breath. I really also think it depends on your weight. :)

    I have an HRM and I only burn around 110-130 calories doing level 3.

    It's different for everyone. It depends on how much weight you have and how hard you are working. Someone with a little to loose is going to burn less calories then someone with a lot. I log it as 25 min. Circuit training.

    According to my HRM, I burn around 225 cals in level 1, and 325 in level 2...
