Hi guys 2020 has been and still is a wipe out for most people. Just wanted to know what your goal is for 2021. Much love to everyone stay safe #mrstoker x.

    My goal is to keep building the bod. I'm going to continue bulking. Then cut at some point.

    Bleach wipes, hand sanitizer, too

    Whopping boatloads of toilet paper
    Ought'a been made by then
    So we can start all over again

    Health: Lose 10 more lbs and add some muscle.

    Mind: complete masters program

    Family: keep us close and building memories

    Travel: a real vacation to place ive never been

    I'm going to keep on with the diet until I get to the weight and general shape I want, then maintain; that should happen sometime in 2021.

    I have a novel that I've been piecing at for years. I need to sit down and pull it into a coherent format, draw a world map for it, and do the family trees because I suspect I've got some confusion in places. But just as the weight was the project for 2020, the novel is the project for 2021.

    I also suspect I'm going to marry my boyfriend in '21.
