Hi, I am just getting started. How do I add that I am breastfeeding so that my allowed caloric intake changes? Thanks!

You'll need to set a custom calorie goal manually. On the web version, you can do this from your homepage under 'goals', then edit your calories in Daily Nutrition Goals box.1

One idea: set your profile to maintain, and allow the extra calories you burn from breast feeding to create your deficit.1

You have 3 options
1. manually set your calorie goal
2. use the entries in the food diary (they are negative calorie adjustments so they will add calories in stead of subtracting like food typically does)
3. enter it as exercise
the second half of his thread is very helpful if you need assistance goal setting: https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10176233/gaining-weight-during-pregnancy-and-losing-it-post-partum0
