I hit my goal!!!

I'm just sharing my exciting news!!! I hit my weight goal!!! My weight had stayed the same since the end of January (because I've increased my strength training)...I weighed in this morning and finally lost that last 2 1/2 lbs!!! Success is bliss!! Any other successes out there? :flowerforyou:

    Congrats! When I hit the initial weight goal, I think I did jumping jacks because I was so excited! Now comes the hard part...maintaining. Good luck!:drinker:

    well my goodness-- 109 pounds lost is quite a milestone-- don't sell yourself short, young lady!
