I feel drained about the same time every day (From about 2 PM on).. I am not drinking any carbonated beverages diet or regular, and 5 hour energy doesn't work for me. I've also tried natural caffeine pills, but they didn't help much either.. Any suggestions?

apples. i like a nice big golden delicious apple around 2pm. two tablespoons of peanut butter with it is great. and if you are one of those ppl that don't like peanut butter, well, you can just go back to russia you goddamn commie.0 -
You may need to space your meals differently or eat more times during the day; obviously not more calories, but break up the calories differently so you don't have that crash. Also, when do you work out? Sometimes when I start the day with a workout, I have more energy throughout the day.0

An apple might help perk you up.0

Take a walk.
I was having the exact same problem at the exact same time. I started taking a walk around 2:30 and was AMAZED at how energetic I felt afterward! Totally weird, but I'll take it!0 -
Try eating a banana.0

Are you getting enough calories? I was working out too much and not eating enough and it zapped my energy horribly. If that's not the case, drink a lot of water around that time and a healthy snack.0

I agree with maybe getting in some light exercise around that time if you can. I am usually really tired when I get into the gym but when I get out I am bouncing off the walls. You may also be having a drop in your sugar level which can make you feel sluggish try maybe a small piece of fruit to give you a boost.0

Hah! What if you like peanut butter, and like chocolate, but despise even the smell, let alone the taste, of the two of them together?0 -
Thanks for all the suggestions! I work a full time job, so I can't exercise during that time.. I do usually walk during my lunch break and I do my main workout after work. I usually eat a small healthy snack/meal every 2.5 - 3 hrs and drink lots of water, maybe it has something to do with me sitting at a desk all day.0

I had the same problem. Try vitamin B complex in liquid form. I only take half the dropperful daily and it has worked wonders for me. Good Luck!0
