    Good Morning Everyone!

Went to gym last night - did 30 minutes of strength ( I went into the big bad weight room!) and 30 minutes on the elliptical with the sport setting - gives you big spikes of intensity. I felt great after. I really thought I'd be sore from the weights but I am great today - just shows how much stonger I am getting with each session!

Not sure what will happen with today - exercised 3 days in a row so maybe should be rest...we'll see.

    T - what's precor?

Still only down a pound for this challenge - it gets frustrating when I am working so hard and the weight is so slow to come off but it is coming off and I am not reversing calories. Next week I may try fluctuating my calories little higher one day 1500, then 1250 next day....just thinking...

    Good morning!!!

    Enjoy your workout today, Theresa!

chrissy....you rock! I don't think I have said anything, but your profile picture is GREAT! So pretty:flowerforyou:

Yesterday, I did Turbo Jam Punch, Kick, and Jam (about 50 min), 20 min Ab Jam, and 30 min of pilates. Today, I'm planning on focusing on strength training. No WI this week due to TOM:grumble: I'm getting anxious about hitting the 20 pound mark:laugh:

    Have a great day all!

Hey Chrissy....you are doing GREAT and the pounds will follow...you know that...just keep at it! :drinker:

The precor is a cardio machine, like the ellipitcal, but it has an incline...so you can set the incline and the resistance...and it has pre-set programs...I really like it. If your gym has them, give it a try!

Have a great day sweetie!!! :flowerforyou:

Hi guys! I'm glad to say I'm finally getting back on track!

I think my old gym at school used to have the Precor ellipticals, I LOVED them. But now, my gym has the Arc Trainer ellpiticals and I adore them even more. I feel like it definitely gives me the BEST work out!

Did 35 mins of the weight loss pre-set at Level 5 yesterday (Arc Trainer) and then did about 30-40 mins of leg circuit work! I actually logged the weights I did in the strength training part of the exercise log for the 1st time ever. Wow...I did a lot yesterday and only feel a little bit of sore-ness. Very excited about that!

Planning for at least 30 mins of intense cardio tonight. Gotta go with mom to a doctor's appointment in the early evening, so it'll be a late night at the gym. But that's fine, less people to have to worry about being in my way!

Keep up the great work! It's weigh-in day tomorrow for me, so be thinking happy thoughts! :blushing: lol

Doing good here in Ohio. Still have my "visitor" though so that sucks. I have been staying on track with my calories and making sure I drink my water.
I worked out yesterday with the Biggest Loser again. And, we're going to the zoo on Saturday so I'll get plenty of walking while pulling a wagon.
My scale is currently still hidden and will remain that way until Monday...darn scale addiction lol!!
Hope everyone has a great day!!

I need to lock my scale up and only weigh on Wed morning - that's the only day I actually "check in" - and my weight luctuates by about 2 pounds during the week (that's weighing at same time of day, etc)

Maybe we need to throw out a challenge - no weigh in until.....

Wow you guys are doing great! Today's my longest day of the week, so I don't think I will get to the gym, but maybe go on a short walk on a break today at work....better than nothing right!? Wow St. Pattys is coming up!

    Hi Everyone!

Am down 4 lbs this week. Almost at challenge goal, but will work towards the final day. Chrissyh, I have occ'l done the calorie fluctuating...is there a name for that? Most of the time it works, but it really depends on my activity level.

Have a nice day shamrocks, and continue with your "healthier you" lifestyle!

Wow you guys are doing awesome!!! :drinker:
Me? Not so great :embarassed: But not terrible either. I've kind of taken the week off. :ohwell: I've just been completely exhausted. I've still watched my calories....well sort of. I did a couple maintain days and went over on Sunday, but I think I just needed this break. Got some great sleep last night and I'm feeling better today :drinker:
Tonight I'm doing my 55 minute TaeBo Amped and walking the dog 2 miles and of course my crunches and pushups. Time to get back in the game. I've got until April 4th to do what is left to do and after that, it's maintain until after the wedding. :drinker: But ya know, I'm happy with where I am for the most part. Just working on those last 3 lbs (which is really not much, it's just the point of reaching my goal   ) and toning up some more. Firm would be nice. No more stupid flabby belly and arms would be lovely. :grumble:

Anyhow, back to work been really busy lately. This actually WORKING while at work may be the cause of exhaustion. Maybe I'll take a break and play here later  Ya know, for mental health

Well folks, it's been a while since I've posted. My boyfriend is a computer hog and I never get to play when he's home! I only have a couple of minutes while I'm at work.

So, I've really been at a stalemate for these last 3 weeks. :frown: It started when I gained 3 lbs (after one hell of a week dealing with personal problems). The following week, I lost them, which was great!! That was last week. Now this week, nothing. No loss, no gain. I'm a little bummed but I feel better than I would had I gained.

On a good note, I ran for 5 minutes on the treadmill today at 5.5!! That is the longest I have run, maybe EVER!! I was so proud of myself!!

I hope everyone is doing really well (sorry, I didn't really have time to read everything) and keep up the great work!! I have faith in you all and I know you will succeed!!!
