    Waiting for the meds to kick in. My wrist and foot arthritis is all riled up and speaking loudly this morning, and I have stock to strain and decant from the large crockpot, so I need my wrist to get with the program.

    My feet hurt, so I'm listening to calming music and meditating to ignore the pain. And of course I have hot tea. Because that's how I roll. (Decaf at this time of night, of course.)

    Listening to the workers outside pound on my roof as loud as they can to replace the tarp and shingles the hurricane blew off. I appreciate what they're doing, but it's so loud I can't concentrate or listen to anything, lol.
